"ZERO SUPPORT, No replacement screen available."
Pros: Great if it never breaks.
Light ,fast, nice looking product.Cons: Unfortunately HP says you can't get a replacement screen...anywhere. HP's call center told me to call OfficeMax. Geez. BestBuy said $900 if they could ever get one.

Pros: Well-constructed, great feature set. Capacity to restore mchine on the fly is good.
Cons: Exchanged the unit because it would not play DVDs. The replacment unit also would not play DVDs. What are the odds that two units in a row were bad? I returned it.
